Our Homebuyer Education consists of 2 parts. 1. Education – This gives you essential information on ALL the Steps you need to take before, during & after the process & 2. a One on One Counseling Session (in person, via Zoom, or by phone) to ensure that you are Credit & Financially READY! We will pre-qualify you, make sure you have the right credit score, select the right loan product, assist with a down payment assistance option, help you select your realtor, and help to ” Make HOME Happen!” for you, all for $30.00.
